The daily journey
In for registration at 8.30am
Buses bring pupils in with good time for morning registration.
Leaving at 5pm
Buses leave school at 5pm from Monday to Thursday, after clubs and prep.
Leaving at 4pm
An earlier finish to the week, with buses away at 4pm.
Heathrow, Bristol and Exeter
For international boarders we run free airport transfers to and from Heathrow, Bristol and Exeter, on the day before term begins and the day after it ends.
Transfers at half term and at other times of year can be arranged on request, and wherever possible we group pupils who are travelling on the same day so the cost to each family is lower.
One form, and a confirmation
Transport is administered by Mr Nick Varns. To request a place, complete the online form with your child’s details and preferred route, and the team will confirm what is available.

A journey that is part of the day
For many families the bus is the first and last part of the school day, and it works best when it is unremarkable: the same driver, the same faces, the same stop each morning.
Older pupils travel with younger ones from the same villages, which is often where friendships across year groups start.
