A 400-seat theatre, ready for production
Our 400-seat theatre comes with staging, lighting, sound and green rooms, ready for productions, concerts, showcases, conferences and community performances.
Alongside it, a drama and dance studio with mirrors, barres and blackout drapes gives smaller groups a flexible space for rehearsals, classes and workshops.
The Theatre
The Theatre is a great venue for presentations, award ceremonies, talks and more.
The Theatre connects to The Library via 'The Link' which is a great additional area suitable as a break out space servicing either The Theatre or The Library.

Residential and large-scale bookings, including private functions, are arranged through the Development Office so we can match rooms, catering and facilities to your event.

The Library
The Library is a flexible venue, suitable for a variety of events, such as: Meetings, Talks, Book Signings and Launches, Team days, crafting courses and more.

Rates depend on the facility, the length of your booking and whether you are a regular community user. Facilities are available term-time on weekday evenings from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, at weekends from 9:00am, and all day during school holidays.

What facilities can I hire?
Sports facilities include the all-weather Astro pitch, grass pitches, netball and tennis courts, a sports hall, a gymnasium and a dojo. You can also hire a 400-seat theatre, a drama and dance studio, classrooms, laboratories, seminar rooms, a library, a hospitality suite, and boarding accommodation with catering for residential events.
How much does the sports hall cost?
Sports hall hire starts from £45 an hour, or £245 for a full day. Rates vary with the length of the booking and whether you are a regular community user.
