Boarding fees per term, 2026-27
Boarding figures are the total payable per term, including all tuition fees. Ask us for a full quote for your child's year group and boarding pattern.

Start and end of term airport transfers are included for boarders, along with weekday evening and most weekend activities, snacks in the houses, and care from our Medical Centre. Some weekend activities are optional and may carry an additional cost.
Connect Centre fees per term, 2026-27
Places in the Connect Centre, our specialist SEND provision, are charged at these rates in place of the standard day or boarding fee.

Nursery and Preschool, charged per day
Nursery and Preschool places are charged by the day rather than by the term, with meals booked as needed.

The things a family should reasonably expect
Access to the opportunities within the Expansive Curriculum - sport, performing arts, coastal adventures, STEM and the Earth Centre pathway - are at no extra cost and form part of the Kingsley offer. Access to some elite elements may be charged extra.

A deposit secures your child’s place and is set against your account
A deposit is payable on acceptance of a place. The amount depends on whether your child is a day pupil, a UK boarder or an international visa boarder, and is returned to you when your child leaves the school, less any outstanding amounts.

The fees shown include VAT where applicable. If you have a question about how VAT affects your particular circumstances, our Finance Department can talk it through with you.
Fees are payable each term. For families who prefer to spread the cost, we offer monthly payment plans arranged directly with the Finance Department. Get in touch and we will set up a schedule that works for your household. Families paying from overseas can pay by bank transfer, card or local payment method through Flywire, our international payments partner, and will find full guidance on our International Payments page.

Frequently asked questions
How do I pay school fees at Kingsley?
Fees are billed each term. You can pay in full at the start of term or spread the cost through a monthly payment plan arranged with our Finance Department. Overseas families can use the routes set out on our International Payments page.
How can I get help with fees?
Three routes can bring the cost down. Bursaries are means-tested awards decided case by case and handled by our Development Office. Scholarships recognise a pupil's ability and promise, and are assessed by a panel that includes the Head and the Chair of Governors. Forces families can use the Continuation of Education Allowance alongside our own support. Talk to us early so we can look at your circumstances in good time.
How does VAT apply, and is there any tax relief?
The fees on this page include VAT where applicable, so the figure shown is the figure to plan around. For VAT purposes, welfare and support covers items such as optional school lunches, certain examinations, certain transport and certain educational materials. Our Finance Department can talk through how this applies to you, and we would suggest confirming your own tax position with your adviser.
