Welcome back to a brand new year at Kingsley School!

We’re kicking things off with fantastic news across the board, celebrating a summer of outstanding achievements both in and out of the classroom.

Our Year 11 students smashed national averages, especially in top grades 7–9 across English, Maths and the Sciences — a true testament to their hard work and resilience. At Sixth Form level, our A-Level and BTEC students also outperformed national trends, with brilliant results including A*s, As, and Distinction Stars. We wish all our leavers the very best as they begin exciting new journeys at universities, colleges, and beyond. You can read more about that here!

It wasn’t just academic success over the summer — Kingsley students shone in sport and co-curricular adventures too.

• Our inaugural Kingsley Cricket Camp in Instow was a hit — huge thanks to Insight Cricket and Roshan for their support.

• The Judo team toured Scotland with great energy.

• Elise took gold in the English Summer National Swimming Championships — an incredible performance!

• In the Wakeboarding National Boarding Championships, Lily (Year 7) won bronze, Zac (Year 10) took gold, and Charlie (Year 7) placed a strong 7th — brilliant effort all round.

And now we’re back in action! The school year kicks off with our first inter-house competition: the inflatable-filled “It’s the Knockout” event on the lawn. Expect fun, friendly competition, and a lot of water!
