Mr Pavis' Video Newsletter: Friday 27th September

Welcome to this week’s newsletter from a sunny Bermuda! I’m here meeting families interested in joining Kingsley Devon, especially those keen on our boarding and surfing programs. Back home in Devon, we’ve had a fantastic week full of achievements. Our girls’ netball team won their senior North Devon league match, and our under-13 rugby team kicked off the season with a victory over Blundells.

It’s been Languages Week this week, filled with delicious international treats including a French breakfast, and we continued our involvement with the Appledore Book Festival, as Year 7-9 students worked on creating exciting story ideas with a visiting author. In the world of mathematics, four of our Year 12 and 13 students are entered in the UK Maths Olympiad, and we’re preparing more students from Y7-13 to join in the coming weeks.
