This week at Kingsley, we’re celebrating a huge achievement—our Under-16 rugby sevens team are now ISA National Champions! Bringing home the trophy from the national tournament in Gloucestershire is an incredible accomplishment, and we couldn’t be prouder. In gymnastics, Alexia secured a silver medal in the Southwest Trampolining Championships, and we wish our judoka the best of luck as they compete in the Inter-Schools Judo Tournament at Kingsley this weekend.

It’s also been a strong week for our football and netball teams, with multiple victories across different age groups. Well done to all our players! Our Year 7 and 8 students can now sign up for the Exmoor Challenge, joining our older students who are preparing for Ten Tors and the Duke of Edinburgh expeditions later this year.

In music, Bessie Burrows delivered a stunning performance at Music on the Bridge, featuring highlights from Fame. Thank you to everyone who attended and supported this fantastic showcase of student talent.

As we reach Valentine’s Day and the half-term break, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the dedication of our teachers. From sports and performing arts to outdoor education and academic support, they have worked tirelessly to help our students achieve their best. A small thank-you message can go a long way in showing appreciation for their efforts.
