Joe is a surfer, environmentalist and nature lover who joined Kingsley in 2019 and is currently in Year 11. He is the school’s Earth Centre Ambassador and is helping to achieve the school’s environmental and sustainability targets. Joe has captained and completed the Ten Tors 35-mile challenge and has begun training for the 45-mile challenge this year. Joe enjoys the activities the school has to offer such as Surf Academy and loves the way the school works to promote individuality as well as the outside space the school has to offer. Outside of school, Joe enjoys spending time in the ocean and nature, participating in endurance sports such as surf lifesaving and long distance running and volunteering with charities such as the Wave Project and Plastic Free North Devon.
