A warm welcome to all parents and families of our amazing students.
We are the Kingsley Friends PTA, a group of parents and teachers whose main aim is to strengthen the sense of community among our wonderful families. By bringing people together and raising funds, we play an important role in supporting and shaping our fantastic school—while having fun along the way.
Throughout the year we organise a range of events, including the Bonfire Night Laser Show, and the Christmas and May Fayres, where students and their families can get involved and celebrate being part of the school community. We also arrange social events where parents and staff can connect and enjoy time together outside the school environment.
Alongside these events, we run a well-stocked second-hand uniform shop, made possible by the generosity of our parent community.
The funds raised through these activities support a variety of projects that go beyond the everyday expectations of school life. These extras help enhance the welfare, happiness, and enjoyment of our students. Recently, we have funded musical instruments, Christmas parties and presents for the prep school children, VR Headsets and Lego Spike kits for the senior school STEM pathway, and have contributed thousands of pounds towards initiatives in the Earth Centre, as well as sports, arts, and outdoor education.
All of this is made possible through volunteering. We are fortunate to have a fantastic team of enthusiastic and supportive people who enjoy getting involved. We are always happy to welcome new volunteers who would like to be part of the team and experience the rewarding feeling that volunteering brings.
