Mr Craig McConnachie

Craig McConnachie is an experienced educator and leader, currently serving as Head of Sixth Form and a Business and Economics teacher. With a dynamic background that bridges academic excellence and professional sports, Craig brings a unique perspective to leadership, mentoring, and student development.

Before transitioning into education, Craig managed outdoor operations at a prestigious 5-star country club in Florida, where he also served as a PGA Golf Professional. His career reflects a deep commitment to excellence, both in the classroom and on the field.

A passionate sports enthusiast, Craig has played football at a competitive level for Torrington in the Western League and continues to contribute to the sporting community as a Director on the South West Peninsula League (SWPL) board.

Craig’s diverse experience across education, elite sports, and hospitality enables him to inspire students and colleagues alike, fostering ambition, discipline, and a love for lifelong learning.
