I endeavour to put the child at the very heart of everything I do
Education
With over 25 years of experience in education and 21 years dedicated to the role of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo), I bring a deep commitment to inclusive education and a wealth of leadership experience. My career has spanned a variety of roles—from subject leadership to interim headship—primarily within primary education, though I’ve also embraced the unique challenges of SEND in secondary and bespoke settings.
I am passionate about creating inclusive learning environments where every child can thrive. I actively engage with current research and literature on inclusive practices, continually seeking to evolve and improve the support I provide to students and staff alike.
Outside of work, I enjoy running and spending quality time with my family—both of which keep me grounded and energised.
